When you request a quote we ask for your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about the work you want done. We collect only what we need to price and schedule your project. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or bank details through this website.

Our website also records basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you view, which helps us keep the site working properly.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send your estimate
• To schedule your walk-through and your project
• To reach you about your quote, your appointment, or work in progress
• To follow up after a job is finished
• To meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations

Text messages

If you check the text-message box on our quote form, you agree to receive SMS from A & R Painting and Design LLC about your quote, scheduling, and project updates. Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out of texts does not affect your quote or your project; we will simply reach you by phone or email instead.

Marketing texts are a separate, optional checkbox. You can accept your quote without agreeing to them.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as our scheduling and messaging platform, is permitted solely so that we can deliver the messages you asked for. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any other purpose.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run our scheduling, messaging, and email systems on our behalf, and only to the extent they need it to do that work
• Our financing partner, and only if you ask us to explore financing options
• Anyone we are required to share it with by law

Photos of completed work

We sometimes photograph finished projects for our portfolio. These photos show the work, never your name or address, and you can ask us not to photograph your property at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to satisfy our tax and insurance obligations, and then we delete them.

Your choices

Children

Our services are for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes
